Johnstown City Council changes

Johnstown, Pa. - Four of six seats for Johnstown City Council were up for grabs.First-time candidates Reverend Sylvia King and Ricky Britt, plus incumbents Marie Mock and David Vitovich win those seats Tuesday night. 
All four candidates are Democrats. 

Republican candidate Mark Amsdell and Independent Paul Ricci lost their bids for council.
The 2 remaining council members, Jack Williams and Charlene Stanton will serve 2 more years.
Stanton lost her write-in bid for mayor to incumbent Mayor Frank Janakovic. Who says he's looking forward to his second term.
