House Republicans have pushed through legislation to file a lawsuit against Obama, accusing the President of exceeding his constitutional authority by selectively enforcing parts of his health care law.
The President and House Democrats say the lawsuit is a political stunt.
While Republicans have not laid out a timetable for filing the suit, they say legal action will prevent the President from unilaterally enforcing future laws.
PA Representative Bill Shuster was one of the Republicans to vote for the lawsuit tweeting after "being President does not grant you the luxury of ignoring our nation's law."
