At Tuesday night's Altoona girls basketball game, this check for over $9,000 was presented to the family of Jack Grassmyer.

The  20-month-old was born with a  brain malformation that causes seizures.

The Altoona High Lady Mountain Lions dedicated their February 1st game to Jack and the school sold shirts and held a silent auction to raise money for Jack's medical expenses.
