Happy Valley Culinary Week underway

STATE COLLEGE – A former White House chef helped kick off the second annual Happy Valley Culinary Week Monday, celebrating cooking, local foods and the chefs who prepare them.

John Moeller, who worked at the White House 1992-2005 serving three presidents and their families, hosted a book signing at the Kitchen Kaboodle in State College Monday afternoon to help kick off the seven-day event.
