Congressman Bill Shuster will be attending and sharing remarks.
The building, which has been in planning for several years, will contain 16 offices and 27 rooms for treatment, conferences, testing, and group therapy.
The building will be located beside the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation building.
Groundbreaking is scheduled for 10am Monday morning.
