JOHNSTOWN, CAMBRIA COUNTY – PennDOT has begun setting up road work signs for driver in the Westmont section of the city.

The project along Goucher Street has had area residents upset for years. Many feel the work is not worth the money.

The multi-million dollar project would cut about 60 trees. PennDOT says the project would take about 8 months to complete and is needed for safety reasons.
