SPRING MILLS, CENTRE COUNTY - Former Penns Valley Athletic Director Donald Hosterman was arraigned and now released on felony theft charges Thursday.
State Police say he stole $22,800 by writing checks to himself out of the Mountain League account when he was Treasurer.
They say this happened between February 2010 and August 2013.
Hosterman was previously charged with two misdemeanor theft charges after he admitted to stealing about $390 from various Penns Valley sporting events in January.
He's already waived his preliminary hearing which was slated for June 4th.
Hosterman has been released on $25,000 unsecured bond.
