Federal regulators file complaint against Britax, says stroller is unsafe

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission is filing a complaint against Britax after several reports of injuries from the B.O.B jogging stroller.

The commission said the stroller is unsafe after several reports of the wheels falling off, which caused injuries to children and adults. Officials said the injuries ranged from concussions, stitches and broken bones.

Britax has not issued an official recall.

More than 493,000 single and double B.O.B jogging strollers sold between 2011 and 2015 are in question in the official complaint.
