Crab Cakes

1 lb. lump crab meat
1 beaten egg
2  Tblsp.  Mayo
2   Tblsp. Minced green onion
1/4 tps. Old Bay
1/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
Splash Red Hot
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire
4 Tblsp. Milk
10 Crushed Ritz Crackers

Mix all ingredients except crab in a bowl.  Gently fold in 1 lb. lump crab meat.  Form into patties and brown lightly in a skillet with melted butter.  Transfer to preheated 350 degree oven to finish baking for approx. 15-20 minutes.
