CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa -- The investigative document saying how Governor Tom Corbett and his staff handled the Jerry Sandusky child abuse case has been approved by a Cambria County judge.
Judge Norman A. Krumenacher III approved the report from Attorney General Kathleen Kane’s office. Corbett and Frank Fina, the lead prosecutor against Sandusky, are expected to be targets in the investigation.
The report could be released before the November election, when Corbett will be running for reelection against Democrat Tom Wolf.
