ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY -The State Secretary of Transportation is calling on lawmakers to pass a bill to keep our roads and bridges safe.

The Pennsylvania Senate passed a bill back in May that would put $2.5 billion over the next three years into the transportation system. The House is currently working on one that would be 2.35 billion in over the next 5 years.

The secretary says no matter what we need a bill.
