The  Blair County District Attorney is asking for a court injunction that would  make it illegal for any business in the county to sell "bath salts,"  k-2 or k-3, anywhere in the county . The legal action would impose substantial fines on any business that is found to be in violation of the injunction.

According to the county's Chief Assistant District Attorney, a Judge has already signed the order.
