Elaine Cutler was suspended without pay at the end of June when she received an unsatisfactory job evaluation.
The superintendent outlined at least 60 reasons Cutler should be fired, including incompetence, negligence in performance and failure to follow state school laws.
Cutler's attorney tells WTAJ News, they don't believe the district considered her side of the story and she plans to appeal the decision to the State Department of Education within 30 days.
