440 seized vehicles for sale

Harrisburg, Pa. - The commonwealth’s fifth vehicle auction of the year is really heating up with a vintage fire hose truck, a variety of seized luxury vehicles and a wide selection of pick-up trucks highlighting more than 440 units that will be available for public purchase on Tuesday, October 24, at 10 a.m. at Manheim Keystone Auto Auction, 488 Firehouse Road, Grantville, Dauphin County.

A 1958 Jeep Willys fire hose truck used by the Department of Corrections will be up for bid along with vehicles seized by state law enforcement agencies including: 2006 BMW 530XI, 2008 Cadillac Escalade, 2009 Chrysler 300 Touring, 2003 Yukon Denali, 2000 Jaguar S-Type, 2004 Land Rover Range Rover HSE, 2005 Lexus ES300. A wide selection of pick-up trucks such as Ford f-150, 250, 350, 450 and 550 will be available as well.

In addition to the aforementioned vehicles, state agency vehicles no longer used by the commonwealth from manufacturers such as Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, Jeep, GMC and more will be available for purchase.

All vehicles are available for public in-person inspection at the auction site beginning Friday, Oct. 20, through Monday, Oct. 23, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.

The auction will begin at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 24. Registration opens at 8 a.m. and closes at noon. Buyers may purchase with cash or certified funds in the form of money order, cashier's check, certified check or bank check – made payable to “Manheim Central Penn Auto Auction.”
