JOHNSTOWN, CAMBRIA COUNTY--- Three people are behind bars and charged with murder in the shooting death of Tyrone Williams.

19- year old JaQuan Watson was the last suspect to turn himself in to police Wednesday.  15 year old Fidel Cosby turned himself in Tuesday night and 21-year old Richard Cook was arrested Tuesday morning.

All three are accused of opening fire on Williams in the early morning hours on Sunday in the Oakhurst neighborhood.

Cosby is the youngest in the group and charged as an adult.  His family didn’t want to be identified but told WTAJ News Reporter Danielle Krout Wednesday they’re trying to understand how everything happened.  His uncle said he doesn’t believe his nephew did this, but if he did they understand he will have to go through the legal system.

"I just can't believe he would actually do something like that just because I know him."

Johnstown Police said interviews are still on going as well as the investigation.

"We've recovered someone weapons involved,” said Chief Craig Foust.  “We have to send those to the lab to determine if they were used in the assault-homicide."

Cosby’s uncle said his family sends their condolences to the Williams family, stating its tragedy for everyone involved.

"We're sorry this happened, my sister sends her condolences we wish the Williams the best, hopefully the justice system will do justice but we know it can't bring your brother back."

A preliminary hearing date has been set for next week.
