1 in 5 Americans don't think they will ever be able to retire. That comes from a recent report by HSBC. The global bank surveyed 16,000 people in 15 countries to ask about retirement and savings. Those who do plan to retire think they will need 18 years of a nest egg, but have only saved enough for 10 years. The U.S. and the U.K. have lower hopes of retirement as compared to most other countries around the world.
