HARRISBURG, PENNSYLVANIA - Pennsylvania doctors are applauding the decision by CVS to stop selling tobacco, but they're saying, let's go further. The Pennsylvania Medical Society is calling on the pharmacy company to promise not to sell electronic cigarettes.
CVS doesn't sell e-cigarettes now, but the Pa doctors group would like to the company to guarantee that it will never offer them.
The medical society says CVS should pledge not to sell e-cigarettes, unless the FDA recognizes them as a smoking cessation therapy and regulates them .
