A new trend blends unsalted butter, coffee and coconut oil into something that's supposed to taste good and cut cravings, while boosting energy and brain power.
One cardiologist says the butter may make you feel full, but he doesn't see any other benefit to the combination.
Besides, the concoction adds up to 440 calories and 51 grams of fat.
