Chicken Enchiladas

Chef Jennifer Horton-Foreman from Philipsburg Elks Lodge & Country Club is back in the kitchen. This time she is making Chicken Enchiladas!
Chicken Enchiladas
2 Cups Shredded Chicken
1 Cup Shredded Cheese
1 8oz. Cream Cheese
1 Small Diced Onion
1 Can Green Chiles
1 Can Verde Sauce
1 Pkg. 8" Flour Tortillas
Saute onion & chicken in frying pan until onions are tender, add cream cheese & chiles, turn heat down, add shredded cheese until melted. Spoon mixture onto tortilla, then roll. Place in greased pan flap side down. Pour Verde sauce over and some more shredded cheese. Broil for 5-10 minutes! Beuno!
