Volunteers will meet at 8:30am at the Penn State Altoona Devorris Downtown Center on the corner of 15th Street & 12th Avenue in downtown Altoona. Each registered volunteer will be asked to sign a release form and will receive an Operation Our Town t-shirt during the initial meet & greet. Children under the age of 18 must also sign a waiver and be accompanied by an adult. Volunteers will then be divided into pre-assigned groups that will work together to clean the parks. LeBistro Caf? will be providing lunch for all volunteers after the clean-up.
