Creamy Poppy Seed Dressing

"Sweet, refreshing salads are the perfect summertime lunch. This creamy sweet dressing is the perfect addition to a salad accented with fruit, like my Strawberry, Snap Pea and Salmon Salad." - Lauren K.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Servings: 5, 2 tablespoons each

Ingredients

¼ cup light mayonnaise

2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

3 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Salt and pepper

 

Directions

In a sealable jar, add the light mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, poppy seeds, sugar, and red wine vinegar. Season the dressing with salt and pepper. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds to combine all ingredients. Refrigerate if not using.
