Chef Showcase: Ham Linguine

1 Box Linguine
1 C. Diced Ham
½ C. Diced Onion
½ C. Diced Green Pepper
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
12 oz. Sour Cream
2 C. of Shredded Swiss Cheese
2 TBSP. Butter
Salt & Pepper to taste

Cook pasta & Drain.  Saute ham, peppers, onion in butter until tender. In bowl mix noodles, soup, sour cream, ham mixture, ½ the Swiss cheese, salt & pepper.  Pour in greased 13x9 pan.   Sprinkle the rest of the Swiss Cheese on top.   Bake at 350 for 20-25 min.  Yummy!
