It's a great way to start your day! Chef Jennifer Horton-Foreman from the Philipsburg Elks Lodge and County Club returns to the Central PA Live kitchen to share her recipe for Ham and Vegetable Frittata.

Ham and Vegetable Frittata

8-10 EGGS
1/2 Cup Millk
1/4 cup diced red pepper
1/4 cup diced ionion
1 cup frozen diced potatoes
1 cup diced ham
Handful of chedder cheese
Parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
