Sally's Bio: "Retired twice, first from 20 years in Federal Law Enforcement and then from 10 years in therapeutic massage and natural healing in the N. VA area. I am an artist, musician, educator, facilitator, visionary and cultural healer. I create art, make gemstone jewelry and facilitate community building activities. I have taught yoga for 17 years and am on the faculty of Yoga Bedford studio. I facilitate the monthly community drum circle in Bedford, work regularly at The Alpaca Shop where LifeAlign and EnergyBeads jewelry is located and mentor others in the community as they build businesses and express their art, music, talents and intentions. I love to sing and participate in local open mics and other music activities as often as possible. Born in Philadelphia, I have lived in Bedford since 2007, coming from the Washington metro area with a few years in Georgia and West Virginia. I have a daughter and grandson in San Antonio, TX. Some folks have occasionally caught a glimpse of me and my fairy wings around the first of May."
